Vintage Design
After an original design in brass by Walter Bosse, this pewter ashtray was used by the Russian airline Aeroflot as a souvenir gift in the late 1950s. Concave urchin containers nest inside each other from largest to smallest, forming a Full hedgehog figure when fully stacked. The “baby” top piece is simple decorative, with a row of thorns to round out the silhouette. In this case it is about five pieces, perhaps that of origin or with a lack of the sixth piece. Excellent state of conservation. Dimensions: Length 8 cm. Width 5.5 cm. Height 4.5 cm.
