Dagger style letter opener featuring leaf-shaped blade and a handmade pewter handle depicting a hunt dog. It was made in Italy in the mid-late 19 th century by an unknown jeweler or metal craftsman. It has no signature. Measurements: H/L: 24.5 cm, W: 2.5 cm (blade), handle length: approx. 10.5 cm.
