Dutch Crystal Tea Caddy with Silver cap, by Van Kempen & Zn, 1862 A Dutch octagonal crystal tea caddy with silver cap. A beautiful flower on top of the cap. The tea caddy is made by Fa. J.M. Van Kempen & Zonen, Voorschoten in 1862. The silver has the Dutch silver hallmarks. The master sign of Van Kempen & Zn, used during 1858-1924, Voorschoten. The “Lion 2” for silver purity of 833/1000 and the Year letter C for 1862. The measurement is 15 cm high and 9 cm diagonal. The weight is 596 grams
