Description: Antique jewellery box made of exotic precious woods belonging to the second half of the 19th century. In the centre of the lid is an ebonised medallion with a scene depicting a chariot being carried by goats. On the front and sides are scenes of putti alternating with racemes and griffins. Provenance: 19th century Sorrento. Measurements: 37×22 H20cm . Document: Certificate of Authenticity.
